Enoki mushroom\u00a0dryer equipment is a device which uses an evaporator to absorb heat from the air, and use the heat to compress it into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor. Enoki mushroom<\/strong>\u00a0drying process<\/strong><\/p>\n

The moisture content of fresh enoki mushroom is about 90%, and the moisture content after drying is 13%. The entire drying process is about 8 hours, and the temperature is about 50\u00b0C-65\u00b0C (adjustable), meanwhile, the\u00a0temperature, humidity, and air flow\u00a0should be uniform.<\/p>\n

The entire drying process of enoki mushroom\u00a0can be roughly divided into two stages:<\/p>\n

In the first stage, the temperature of the drying room is raised to 30\u00b0C-40\u00b0C, and the air volume is increased, and the drying time is about 3 hours. The purpose of this stage is mainly to dry out the moisture of the enoki mushroom and suck it away.<\/p>\n
