\nThe moisture content of fresh boletus is about 90%, after drying, the\u00a0moisture content should be reduce to 13%. The whole drying process is about 8 hours, and the temperature is required to set at\u00a050\u00b0C-65\u00b0C (controllable), and the temperature, humidity and air flow are uniform.<\/p>\n
The whole drying process can be roughly divided into two stages:<\/p>\n
In the first stage, the temperature of the drying room is increased by 30\u2103-40\u2103, the air volume is increased, and the\u00a0drying\u00a0time is about 3 hours.<\/p>\n
In the second stage, the temperature of the drying room reaches 50\u00b0C-60\u00b0C, and start the\u00a0dehumidification system until the product is dried to the target moisture content. The\u00a0drying\u00a0time is about 5 hours.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>
