1.Picking theChrysanthemum: during the picking process, you shouldprotect the appearance of the chrysanthemum, keep the chrysanthemum clean and tidy. Do not stick to the soil otherwise it would ruin the chrysanthemum.
2.Overweighing: Weigh the picked chrysanthemums and record the data. This step can actually be ignored.
3.Air-drying: The picked chrysanthemums should be left forair-dryfor two days.
4.Loading: Put the chrysanthemuminto a tray, the size of the tray is about 800x480x70mm, this kind of tray can generally hold about 2.5 kgchrysanthemum, and the actual size depends on the space of the roasting room. When loading trays, you need to consider whether it requires quantity or quality. If it requires quality, put one layer of chrysanthemums on one tray, and if you pursue quantity, you can put about 3 layers.
5.Material trolley: When loading, a cart can hold about 80 pallets, and a drying room can hold about 9 material trolleys, however,it must be ordered according to the size.
6.Put the chrysanthemum out of the drying room: After the dried chrysanthemums are out of the warehouse, check whether they are completely dried. The dried chrysanthemums will be broken when touched by hand.
7.Moisturizing: After drying, chrysanthemums should be re-moistened. The chrysanthemums which has just beendried are very crisp. If they are not re-moisturized, they will be easily broken when they are bagged.
8.Bagging: It is not allowed to press the chrysanthemum with force when packing, otherwise the chrysanthemum will be broken.
