The blueberries drying process takes 20 hours, and the skin should be treated, otherwise the middle water of the blueberry cannot be evaporated. Blueberries have high sugar content and are easy to lock the water. The drying process needs to be completed through 3-4 stages. In the intermediate process, it needs to be stagnant, but no need to move out of the drying room. The drying system is no longer heated, and only the air path is circulated, so that the blueberry water can naturally penetrate into the drying room.
Blueberry drying is done in three stages:
Taking a 3P air energy dryer to dry 250 kgof fresh blueberries as an example, the drying room is 3.5 meters long, 2.2 meters wide and 2.2 meters high.
In the first stage, set the drying temperature to 45°C, set the relative humidity to 12%. Adjust to the drying and strong dehumidification mode, and drying for 8 hours.
In the second stage, set the drying temperature to 55°C, set the relative humidity to 12%. Adjust to the drying and dehumidification mode, and drying for 6 hours.
In the third stage, set the drying temperature to 65°C, set the relative humidity to 12%. Adjust to the drying and dehumidification mode, and drying for 4 hours.
