Brown sugar processing steps
First step: Boil the squeezed sugar cane and juicing it by fire in order to remove the sundries and bacteria floating on it. This step is to improve the cleanliness and quality of the sugar juice.
Second step: Boil the cane juice with gentle heat, and keep stirring it to let the water evaporate. Temperature control is very important in this process.
Dry brown sugar
Cut the processed brown sugar into small square cubes and put them in a plate.
The drying process is divided into two stages
The first stage: is to control the temperature at the beginning, and the first hour is only heating without dehumidification. The second stage is the drying and humidification process.
