Yellow croaker drying process
Place the yellow croaker neatly on the drying tray, push it into the heat pump drying room, and then turn on the control panel of the dryer for drying.
Yellow croaker, like other marine fish, has a relatively high water content. Its water exists in the fat and oil of the fish body, and the dehydration speed is slow. Generally, the drying process for marine fish is required to be carried out at a relatively low temperature. The drying parameters are around 30%. At the same time, the dehumidification and drying speed should not too fast, and during the drying process, a large air volume and air speed should be kept to avoid water vapor staying on the surface of the material. The drying process is completed until the fish maw and gills cannot squeeze out water.
After drying, the yellow croaker should be cooled down and its temperature should be consistent with the normal temperature, and then it will be vacuum-packed for the purpose of facilitating storage, transportation and sales.
Precautions
Both marine fish and freshwater fish can be made into dried fish. The general principle is the fish should be dried at low temperature condition.
