Enoki mushroom dryer equipment is a device which uses an evaporator to absorb heat from the air, and use the heat to compress it into a high-temperature and high-pressure gas by the compressor. Afterwards, the gas will releases heat when it is passed to the condenser, and then the temperature and humidity in the roasting room will be taken away by the fresh air system, so that the enoki mushroom can achieve the purpose of drying.

Enoki mushroom drying process
The moisture content of fresh enoki mushroom is about 90%, and the moisture content after drying is 13%. The entire drying process is about 8 hours, and the temperature is about 50°C-65°C (adjustable), meanwhile, the temperature, humidity, and air flow should be uniform.
The entire drying process of enoki mushroom can be roughly divided into two stages:
In the first stage, the temperature of the drying room is raised to 30°C-40°C, and the air volume is increased, and the drying time is about 3 hours. The purpose of this stage is mainly to dry out the moisture of the enoki mushroom and suck it away.
In the second stage, the temperature of the drying room reaches 50 ℃–60 ℃. Dehumidification by a dehumidification system is the main process, and this process will continue for about 5 hours, until the enoki mushroom is dried to the targeted moisture content.
