1.After placing the fungus layer by layer on the material trays, put it into the stainless-steel material cart and push it into the drying room.
2.The temperature of the drying room should start from 35 °C. If the temperature is too high, the moisture removal speed cannot keep up, which will easily cause the fungus to be deformed.
3.After drying at 35°C-40°C for 4 hours, the temperature can be properly raised to 45°C-50°C for another 5 hours, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 60°C. afterwards, it can be dried at 45°C-50°C until the completion.
4.The whole drying process takes 10-14 hours. The dried fungus has a uniform dryness, which is no sticking and has a complete lobe shape.
