Processing steps of golden rose
(1) Color protection treatment before drying
The specific implementation method is as follows: using the solutions which could change the PH value in the cytosolic fluid of the flower, or killing the bacteria by using high temperature. These process can be used to increase the stability of the pigment, and the enzymatic activity in the material can be killed or passivated for color protection treatment. The main methods include high-temperature steam, microwave fixing, and blanching machines.
(2) Plating
Load the roses into material carts in layers. The 6P drying and dehumidification integrated host is equipped with a 25 cubic drying room as a standard model, and about 900kg of the rose could be loaded into the drying room for once. The whole drying room can be loaded with 8 material trucks, each material truck is divided into 12-14 layers, and the layer spacing is about 8-12 cm. The material truck must use 304 stainless steel screen to avoid production pollution to the material.
Golden rose drying process
After the flowers are placed in the drying room, the temperature gradually increases from 35 degrees to 38 degrees, 42 degrees, 46 degrees, and 50 degrees. Each temperature lasts for 2 hours. After the shape of the flower has been set, the temperature is raised to 55-60 degrees for 11 hours. Finally, baking the flower at 65 degrees for 1 hour to increase the aroma. The humidity drops from 50% to 8% during the drying process. The whole process is about 22-23 hours until the roses are totally dried.
