Pineapple drying process
The drying process of sliced pineapple can be divided into 5 stages.
The first stage: drying but not dehumidifying, the drying time is 1.5 hours, the temperature inside and outside is the same, and the temperature is 50 °C.
The second stage: the temperature is 53 ℃, and the continuous dehumidification proceeding shall starts, and the moisture shall be removed by 40%.
The third stage: the temperature is 60 ℃, after continuous dehumidification process, the moisture content is 26%.
The fourth stage: the temperature is 56 ℃, the moisture content is 20%, the dehumidification process shall be continued.
The fifth stage: the temperature is 50 ℃, the moisture content is 18%, and it shall continuously dehumidify for 1 hour. Afterwards, the drying process is completed.
