After the air compressed by the compressor, heat pump working medium make the air becomes gas with high temperature and high pressure. After entering the condenser, the gas is liquefied. The exothermic liquefaction process is used in drying room for air heating, so as to heat up the drying room.

The moisture in the material is evaporated, and the evaporated water vapor is drained by the dehumidification system, thus the material could be dried completely. Meanwhile, the dehumidification system has installed a heat recovery device, so the heat can be recovered to heat up the fresh air, which can save 60%-70% of the new air preheating energy consumption.
