The drying for rice noodle needs to go through the following three stages:
The first stage is the low temperature stage: use a heat pump dryer to remove the surface moisture of the rice noodle as much as possible at this stage, and gradually increase the temperature of the rice noodle to make the temperature inside and outside the rice noodle consistent. The temperature in this range is generally set at 25°C.
The second stage is the high temperature stage: the temperature is controlled between 38 ℃ and 42 ℃, and special attention should be paid to the excessive drying, this would drain out the moisture and may be bursting.
The third stage is the cooling stage: after entering the cooling stage, the drying process of rice noodles is basically completed. At this stage, the temperature should be controlled according to the climate conditions and the actual dryness and wetness conditions of the rice noodles.
