The sweet potato drying base, located in laibing city of Guangxi province, uses Shuntec heat pump drying equipment units to help farmers improve the quantity and quality of dried sweet potato. It uses 1 set of 10-hp drying equipment unit, equipped with a polyurethane drying room of 60 square meters to run.

When the temperature of the drying room reaches 30°C, the material trucks filled with sweet potato chips are pushed into the drying room, and the temperature shall be set at 40°C for 2 hours.

Afert entering the second stage, the temperature is set to 55°C, and the drying time is set for 2 hours. The continuous dehumidification mode shall be maintained.

In the third stage, the temperature is raised to 65°C, the drying time is set for 2 hours, and continuous dehumidification shall be maintained as well.

After entering the fourth stage, the temperature is set to 70°C, the drying time is set for 2 hours, and continuous dehumidification shall be maintained as well.

Finally, when the humidity of the sweet potato chips is maintained at 18%, the drying process can be completed.

After turning off the drying machine, it should let the sweet potato chips cool down naturally.
