Grass fruit drying process
Select a 6-horsepower drying and dehumidification integrated host, configure a polyurethane thermal insulation drying room with a length of 5.5 meters, a width of 3 meters and a height of 2.2 meters, and select 8 high-temperature and high-humidity axial fans, each 250W, and each drying room is equipped with 6 stainless steel material trolleys, each material trolley is 1.2 meters long, 1 meter wide and 1.7 meters high, equipped with 12 layers of material trays, each layer is loaded with 18-20 catties of grass and fruit, and the stacking height is not more than 3 cm, which can be loaded at one time The input grass is about 1200-1500 catties. According to the calculation of 1500 catties, 1100 catties of drainage is required, and the remaining dry product is 400 catties. The temperature control range is 70°C-80°C, and the drying time is 24 hours.
