Furniture drying process
1.Requirements for the oven
The requirements of the furniture drying room are relatively high, which must be handled in a dust-free oil room, thus a fresh air purification system must be installed in the oil drying room.
2.Requirements for drying room temperature
The temperature of the drying room is strictly required to be kept within the range of 26℃-35℃, and the temperature should not be too high. If the temperature is too high, the paint on the surface of the board will be blistered, and the purpose of smoothness cannot be achieved. The humidity of the wood should be kept at 65-70 % to ensure that the plate will not be cracked.
3.Requirements for fresh air system
There must be no strong wind blowing in the oil room. It must be a gentle breeze to heat up the drying room slowly, so as to ensure that the paint will not be blown away by the wind.
