Process steps of balloonflower root
1 Selection
Put the original medicinal materials of balloonflower root on the cleaning table, and pick out the impurities.
2 Rinsing
Put the cleaned balloonflower root into the rinse for washing, and then put it in the washing pool for soak. Afterwards, remove out it when it has been soaked thoroughly.
3 slicing
Cut the balloonflower into 1-2mm slices.
4 drying
Put the balloonflower slices into the drying tray, spread evenly, put them into the cart, and push them into the drying room for drying.
Balloonflower root drying process
The drying temperature of balloonflower root is about 58℃-62℃, and the drying time is 14-16 hours. Put the dried balloonflower root slices into the screening machine, sieve out the crumbs, collect and store the crumbs separately, and finally divide the balloonflower root slices into packs.
