The moisture content of fresh boletus is about 90%, after drying, the moisture content should be reduce to 13%. The whole drying process is about 8 hours, and the temperature is required to set at 50°C-65°C (controllable), and the temperature, humidity and air flow are uniform.
The whole drying process can be roughly divided into two stages:
In the first stage, the temperature of the drying room is increased by 30℃-40℃, the air volume is increased, and the drying time is about 3 hours.
In the second stage, the temperature of the drying room reaches 50°C-60°C, and start the dehumidification system until the product is dried to the target moisture content. The drying time is about 5 hours.
