1.Check the status of the equipment, and set various parameters such as target humidity, target temperature, dehumidification mode, drying time, and dehumidification on & off time for each time zone. The overall design principle of equipment parameters is that start drying from low temperature to high temperature mode, and then turn to low temperature mode.
2.It is better to dry the bamboo fungus at low temperature such as 40°C, then the temperature can be slowly raised to 50°C and keep for about 4 hours. Afterwards, the temperature will drop to 40°C and continue to bake for about 3 hours. You should check whether the dehumidification of the heat pump dryer is normal. It is normal that condensed water is continuously discharged in the first 5-6 hours.
3.Grading and packaging the dried bamboo fungus. After drying, take it out and let it cool down for 20-30 minutes. After the cells become soft, they should be graded for packaging. The drying rate of fresh bamboo fungus is generally 26-28%. The water content of the bamboo fungus processed by this way will not exceed 13%. After drying, the bamboo fungus is milky white, with complete flower shape, no peculiar smell and impurities, and the storage period can be as long as about one year.
