Therefore, special attention must be paid to the moisture removal during the drying process. If the moisture removal speed is slow , it will cause the camellia mushroom to be simmered in a high-humidity & closed drying room, which will cause the camellia mushroom turns black.
After 25 hours of drying, the moisture content of camellia mushrooms dropped to 10%. The dried camellia mushrooms were pushed out of the drying room and packed into vacuum bags. It should be noted that the dried camellia mushrooms must be packed as soon as possible, otherwise the camellia mushroom will absorb the moisture in the air and become damp, so it will be easy to mold and deteriorate after packaging.
