the temperature of 80°C. As the daylily absorbs a lot of heat, the temperature of the drying room will drop to 60°C-65°C. Keep this temperature for 10 -12 hours, then naturally cool down to 50℃ until the daylily has been dried.
During the drying process, pay attention to dehumidification and keep the relative humidity below 65%. The dehydrated daylily should has the following characteristics: it can be held tightly without becoming brittle, and it can be spread out naturally after loosing grip. It is advisable not to make the daylily stick to each other. If the dried daylily is push out from the drying room and put on the sunshine for drying again, the color can be improved.
