The drying system for drying oyster adopts a 6P heat pump drying and dehumidification integrated host, which is equipped with a polyurethane insulation room of 5.8 meters, 3 meters in length and 2.2 meters in width. The room is equipped with 8 sets of 250W circulating fans, which dissipate the heat through the internal evaporator to the rear part of circulating fans. After it passes through the material cart in parallel, it returns to the return air outlet. There is a return air fan at the return air outlet for dehumidification, so that the air path in the drying room could push and pull back, and the wind speed becomes faster and uniform, which is conducive to balanced dehumidification. The high-temperature and high-humidity air coming back from the return air outlet passes through the host for heat recovery, and is condensed into water by the condenser and then discharged, so that the dried hot air circulates continuously until the oysters are completely dried.
The 6P drying and dehumidification system could load 600kg of fresh oysters at a time. The dehumidification capacity of the main unit is 25L per hour, and the temperature is set between 55°C and 65°C. It takes about 20 hours for each batch to drying. The dehydration ratio of the dried oysters is generally at about 5 to 1. Under the condition thta if the temperature in the drying room is stable, increasing the moisture removal amount and dehumidification speed can effectively shorten the drying time.
