The temperature is set to 60°C, the relative humidity of drying is set to 10%, the drying time is 4 hours, and the drying + dehumidification mode is used. The temperature is set to 65°C, the drying relative humidity is set to 10%, the drying time is 3 hours, and the drying + dehumidification mode is used. The temperature is set to 60°C, the drying relative humidity is set to 10%, the drying time is 1 hour, and the drying + dehumidification mode is used. The drying of leeches generally takes 17-18 hours, and the quality of the finished product is checked after drying.
Precautions
The processed leech should be naturally flat, the back is slightly raised, the abdomen is flat, brittle and easy to break, and the section is gelatinous and shiny.
