Spring is here, and there will be more and more fruits, some of which will be made into dried fruit for sale. Most of the dried and preserved fruits we see in supermarket fruit stores are made by drying with a fruit dryer. If the dried fruit is to have a good effect after drying, choosing the right fruit to dry Dryer and the drying process are also very important. Let me share with you the drying process of the fruit dryer:

1. Choose ripe and plump fruits, because ripe fruits will have a rotten fruit flavor, so it is better to choose eight-half ripe fruits.

2. Wash the fruit, peel, core, and slice.

3. Pickle the fruit slices according to popular taste.

4. Put it on the material tray and send it to the fruit dryer for drying.

The drying process is as follows:

①Preheating: Preheat the fruit dryer at a temperature of about 35°C for half an hour.

②Drying: The temperature rises from 40°C to 55°C, do not rise at once, but rises intermittently. The length of time depends on the type of fruit and drying needs, and the moisture will be drained in the middle, about 6 to 12 hours.

③Making: The sugar content of the fruit is relatively high, the temperature is 55-65 ℃, the time is 2-4 hours, and the moisture is drained in time.

④Shortening: At this time, the moisture content inside the fruit is low, and the shape tends to be stable, but the moisture inside the dried fruit is uneven, and the drying is continued at 55 ℃ for 2 hours. When the moisture content drops to the expected requirement, the drying is completed.

Dried fruits should be packaged and stored in time to avoid moisture.
