1 Harvesting and pre-drying
After harvesting Tremella, it can be pre-dried on sunny days. The content of Tremella vitamins after drying is not easy to lose. You can also start the heat pump dryer to preheat to about 42 ° C, and then evenly load the clean tremella draining out the water into the stainless steel tray and pushed them into the drying room.
2 Tremella initial temperature setting
Freshly harvested tremella has a relatively large water content, which is above 80%, so it takes about 3 days to dry in the sun, which is slow and affects production. The time for drying the tremella by using a heat pump dryer is about 15 hours. By using the heat pump dryer, the initial drying temperature should be low, starting from 30 °C, when it has been dried for 5 hours, the moisture content will reduced to about 30%.
3 Tremella mid-section drying process
In the mid-term drying process of Tremella, the temperature is raised to about 55°C, and the drying time is 5-8 hours. The temperature in the early and final stages at this stage should be low, and the temperature in the middle at this stage is high.
4 Tremella drying at later stage
In the later stage of drying tremella, the tremella ia almost dried, and the temperature in the dryer is lowered to about 35°C. After the tremella drying process is completed, when the temperature has been cooled down to the normal temperature, the tremella can be graded, packaged and stored.
