Process steps of Camellia fungus
Prepare a batch of fresh camellia mushrooms for drying. The size should be as uniform as possible, and the length of the rhizome should be 5-10 cm. Spread the prepared camellia mushrooms evenly on the clapboard made of bamboo strips. Each layer of the clapboard can place 25 kg of fresh camellia mushrooms. Each material truck has 10 layers of clapboards that can place 250 kg of camellia mushrooms. This means it can load 12 material trucks, totaling 3000kg.
Camellia oleifera fungus drying process
Push the material cart into the drying room, start the host machine of the equipment, and set the drying parameters. It should be noted that the initial moisture content of Camellia mushrooms is very high, and a large amount of moisture will evaporate from the material during the drying process. Therefore, special attention must be paid to the moisture removal during the drying process. If the moisture removal speed is slow , it will cause the camellia mushroom to be simmered in a high-humidity & closed drying room, which will cause the camellia mushroom turns black.
After 25 hours of drying, the moisture content of camellia mushrooms dropped to 10%. The dried camellia mushrooms were pushed out of the drying room and packed into vacuum bags. It should be noted that the dried camellia mushrooms must be packed as soon as possible, otherwise the camellia mushroom will absorb the moisture in the air and become damp, so it will be easy to mold and deteriorate after packaging.
