Start the heat pump to supply heat to the drying room. The temperature is between 40°C and 50°C. The temperature cannot rise too fast.

The temperature is adjusted to about 65 ℃.The relative humidity of the drying room is kept at 15% for about 10 hours.

Control the drying temperature rise at about 50 ℃. The humidity is controlled at 60%, and the drying time is about 3 hours.

It is gradually dried at 25-35 °C. After drain out the moisture in the honeysuckle, the temperature is adjusted to between 40-50 °C.

The most suitable time for this stage is 20~30 minutes, the temperature is 20~25℃, and the humidity is 55~65%RH .

If you don’t stacking and sweating, it will take 63 hours to dry 1000 kg of peppers at the hot air temperature of 40 ℃ – 60 ℃.

In the third step, the constant temperature drying stage is 60°C, the relative humidity is controlled below 50%, and the moisture content is reduced to about 15%.

In the high-humidity and low-temperature stage, the temperature should be less than 60℃, and the temperature range should be 55~60℃.

The first stage: is to control the temperature at the beginning, and the first hour is only heating without dehumidification.

The first stage: comprehensive mode, the drying temperature should be set to 70°C, the humidity is set to 35%, and the drying time is 1 hour.
